Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:
Certain products, such as opened or used health-related products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
  • For international customers, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at somn.company@gmail.com and provide details of the issue.

5. Shipping Returns

We will provide you with the return address once it is confirmed.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning items, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international customers, please be aware that return shipping times may vary based on your location, and you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
